1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the apk kiss platform, including all games, promotions, customer support, and other features available on this site. These Terms take effect from the date you register an account or, if earlier, from the date you first use any part of the apk kiss platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these apk kiss Terms & Conditions, you are advised not to use our platform. apk kiss reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to players.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use apk kiss services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• A valid Malaysian resident or citizen.
• Have never been banned or suspended from using the apk kiss platform previously.
• Are not currently undergoing bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.

Upon registration, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. apk kiss reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on apk kiss. Players found to have more than one account — whether registered under their own name or another person's — will have all associated accounts closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. apk kiss does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a third party, the transaction will be reversed and the player's account may be subject to investigation.

Apk kiss does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges. Please check with your provider before making a deposit.

4. Withdrawal of Funds

Players may withdraw funds from their apk kiss account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit.
• A completed identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 5–30 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• If any bonus is currently active, the bonus rollover requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Apk kiss reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing large withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 in a single day. This is part of our standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Apk kiss offers a range of bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. The general conditions that apply to all apk kiss bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically 7–30 days depending on the bonus type).
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.

6. Game Rules

All games on the apk kiss platform — including slots, table games, live casino, poker, lottery, and virtual sports — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) which is independently audited and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• Any technical issue during gameplay (internet disruption, app closure) that results in an incomplete spin or hand will be resolved in accordance with apk kiss's technical compensation policy.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited on apk kiss.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, the apk kiss server logs are final and binding.

For Sports Betting and football betting (including the Malaysia Super League and EPL), apk kiss reserves the right to suspend or void betting markets in exceptional circumstances such as an unplayable pitch, a match postponed by more than 12 hours, or evidence of match-fixing.

7. Prohibited Player Conduct

Apk kiss players are prohibited from doing the following. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Registering more than one apk kiss account.
• Using a false identity or another person's information during registration.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the apk kiss platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using bots, card-counting software, or any other automation tools during gameplay.
• Abusing bonuses in a manner contrary to the intent of apk kiss promotions.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing apk kiss staff or other players on the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Platform Liability Limits

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Apk kiss reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for the following reasons:

• Player found to be under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activity that is suspicious or potentially in violation of Malaysian law.
• A player's own request to close their account (self-exclusion).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the apk kiss support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded within 5 business days after the verification process is completed, provided no terms violations have occurred.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Apk kiss reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendments are required for security or legal reasons.

12. Governing Law

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
